Personalization in marketing matters more than ever before. With the increase in online interactions since the pandemic began, consumers have had more exposure to the personalization efforts of e-commerce leaders, and their expectations seem to be rising. In my experience, consumers now view personalization as the default standard for engagement, whether it’s interacting on the web, mobile or in person. And the closer organizations get to the consumer, the bigger the gains they could see.

IBM Cognos Analytics

This project enabled me creative freedom when creating a dashboard for the respective data set. This was achieved by creating calculations e.g. margins and leveraging navigation paths. Filters were added to this dashboard to focus and highlight significant key indicators of performance. This was slightly different from my previous experiences creating dashboards such as on Microsoft Excel. However, I got the hang of it quickly and enjoyed making these dashboards.

A Dashboard was created to provide a centralized and consolidated view of the data. a series of charts, slicers, and tables were used to illustrate the data consicely.

Analysing Data Using Spreadsheets

A Pivot Table was created to help draw useful and relevant conclusions. They are a great way to provide simple and quick summaries and analyses of data. This particular pivot Table was created in Excel.

This is the final and clean outcome of inventory data. Empty rows and Duplicates were removed. Text case changed and dates formatted. Excess whitespace has been trimmed.
